Condo, Town home, or Homeowner Associations often struggle finding quality vendors to provide repair services. Smaller vendors do not usually carry the insurance that associations require, but the larger construction firms do not want to handle these smaller projects.  The Lion Remodeling team is built to handle the ongoing maintenance type issues or larger remodeling repairs. Our platform was built to handle projects of various sizes. We utilize the smaller projects to help provide the steady work for our crews, and we will choose the appropriate larger projects to be involved with. Our philosophy allows us to evaluate risk more clearly, as we are not just chasing work.

Associations are unique entities since they have a fiduciary duty to protect the interest of all other owners. Our process that we utilize requires that any projects that involve safety risk due to structural type repairs must be certified by a professional engineer. Over time, we have built a network of third party professional engineers or other appropriate expert who will come out to the property and provide a report for the benefit of the association. Our bid is based off of following those reports. If a Association is not willing to consider these measures, then our firm may not be the right one to do the job.
